Abstract:Objective: To collect social isolation assessment tools from domestic and international sources, summarize and analyze their development process, reliability and validity, and application status, to provide reference for clinical medical staff in selecting social isolation assessment tools. Methods: A systematic search of Chinese and English databases was conducted, covering the period from the establishment of the database to June 2024. Relevant information on social isolation assessment tools was extracted and systematically analyzed, and a standardized report was prepared. Results: A total of 20 papers were included, 13 of which were about the development and validation of the tools, and 7 were about the localization of the tools, involving 14 social isolation assessment tools. Conclusion: It is recommended to further validate and improve existing tools, determine the cutoff values of the scales, and continue to develop specific assessment tools for different populations.
