Abstract:Objective:To conduct reliability and validity tests on the Chinese version of the Integral Nursing Leadership Scale(INLS),and to provide an assessment tool for evaluating the integrated leadership of nursing leaders in China. Methods:Translate the Korean version of INLS and conduct cross-cultural debugging to form the Chinese version of INLS.A total of 343 clinical nurses were selected by the convenience extraction method for a formal survey to evaluate the reliability and validity of the scale. Results:The Chinese version of INLS consisted of 4 dimensions and 30 items. The total Cronbach's coefficient of the scale was 0.985,and the test-retest reliability was 0.898.The I-CVI was 0.857-1.000,and the S-CVI/UA was 0.933.Exploratory factor analysis extracted a total of 4 common factors, and the cumulative variance contribution rate was 89.413%.Conclusion:The Chinese version of INLS has good reliability and validity and can be used as an effective tool for evaluating the integrated leadership level of nursing leaders in China.
