Abstract:Objective:To evaluate the efficacy and safety of non-pharmacological intervention for postoperative pain in parturients undergoing cesarean section through Meta-analysis.Methods:PubMed,Web of Science,EMbase, the Cochrane Library,CNKI,WanFang Database,VIP and CBM were retrieved by computer. The search period was from the establishment of the database to June 2023.The literature was independently screened, data were extracted and the risk of bias of the included literature was evaluated by two researchers.Review Manager 5.4 and Stata 16.0 software were used for Meta-analysis.Results:A total of 6 articles were included. The results of the Meta-analysis showed that intervention measures such as music therapy, heat application with four-piece heat packs combined with wrist and ankle acupuncture nursing, progressive muscle relaxation training+aromatherapy+pranayama therapy, hand and foot massage, wrist and ankle acupuncture, and acupoint pressing were all superior to conventional care in alleviating postoperative pain. The heat application with four-piece heat packs combined with wrist and ankle acupuncture nursing, progressive muscle relaxation training+aromatherapy+pranayana therapy,as well as wrist and ankle acupuncture were superior to conventional care in improving patient satisfaction. Conclusions:The existing evidence indicates that non-pharmacological intervention can effectively relieve postoperative pain in patients undergoing cesarean section. However, due to the limited number and quality of included studies, more high-quality studies are needed for verification in the future.
