Abstract：This paper reviews the concept of medication literacy, evaluation tools, influencing factors, and improvement measures, aiming to improve the medication literacy level of elderly patients with coexisting chronic diseases, and provides a reference basis for standardized, safe, and effective drug treatment for patients.
