Construction of a nursing quality evaluation system for contact dermatitis at the catheterization site of patients with PICC based on three-dimensional quality theory

Abstract：Objective:To construct a nursing quality evaluation system for contact dermatitis at the catheterization site of patients with peripherally inserted central catheters(PICCs)based on three-dimensional quality theory,and to provide an objective and scientific reference for the clinical implementation of nursing quality management,monitoring,and evaluation of PICC patients.Methods:Extract feasibility data through literature review,screening,and evaluation,and construct the framework of the nursing quality evaluation system for contact dermatitis at the catheterization site of patients with PICCs based on the three-dimensional quality theory.The Delphi method was used to complete two rounds of expert consultation to form the final indicator system.Results:The positive coefficients of the two rounds of expert consultation were 95.00%and 100.00%,respectively.The opinion proposal rates were 93.33%and 41.58%,respectively.The expert authority coefficients were 0.736 and 0.817,respectively.The Kendall coordination coefficients were 0.382-0.912,respectively.The final formed nursing quality evaluation system for contact dermatitis at the catheter site of PICC patients included 3 first-level indicators,11 second-level indicators,and 37 third-level indicators.Conclusions:The nursing quality evaluation system for contact dermatitis at the catheter site of PICC patients constructed in this study has certain scientificity,reliability,and practicality,which could be used as an evaluation tool for continuous improvement of clinical nursing quality.
