Construction of a sensitive index system for the prevention and treatment of blockage in infusion ports for cancer patients

Abstract：Objective:To construct a sensitive index system for the prevention and treatment of blockage in infusion ports for cancer patients,and to provide a scientific basis for the nursing management of infusion ports for cancer patients.Methods:A literature review and Delphi expert inquiry method were used to construct a sensitive index system for the prevention and treatment of blockage in infusion ports for cancer patients.Results:The authority coefficients of the two rounds of expert inquiry were 0.893 and 0.919,respectively.The positive coefficients of the two rounds were 100%,and the Kendall coordination coefficients of the two rounds were 0.157 and 0.224,respectively,which were statistically significant(P<0.001).Finally,a sensitive index system for the prevention and treatment of blockage infusion ports for cancer patients was constructed,which included 9 structural indicators,22 process indicators,and 7 outcome indicators.Conclusions:The sensitivity index system for the prevention and treatment of infusion port blockage in cancer patients was constructed based on evidence-based and the Delphi method.It has a guiding significance for clinical practice,which could provide an objective basis for improving nursing management and the continuous improvement of infusion ports for cancer patients.
