Abstract:Objective: To explore the effect of humanistic concept combined with modified position in precision nursing for patients undergoing gastroscopy. Methods: A total of 360 patients who underwent gastroscopy in our hospital from January to December 2024 were selected as the study subjects and randomly divided into observation group and control group, with 180 cases in each group. The control group received routine nursing, while the observation group received humanistic concept combined with modified position in precision nursing on top of the conventional care. The psychological state, comfort level, compliance with examination, and incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups. Results: After intervention, the anxiety and depression scores and the incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group were lower than those in the control group, while the comfort score and compliance with examination were higher, with statistically significant differences (P < 0.05). Conclusion: The application of humanistic concept combined with modified position in precision nursing can improve the psychological state of patients undergoing gastroscopy, enhance their comfort and compliance, and reduce their discomfort.
