Analyze the breach of contract behaviors and coping strategies of targeted medical students based on judgment documents:a qualitative study

Abstract：Objective: To explore the manifestations and influencing factors of breach behavior by定向医学生 and propose effective countermeasures. Methods: A qualitative analysis method was used to analyze 35 judgment documents related to breach of contract by定向医学生 collected from the China Judgement Documents Website. Results: The psychological gap between personal expectations and actual situations, the real conflict between self-planning and designated service, insufficient regulatory power in the designated agreement, and hidden additional requirements under the county-managed township-used model are the factors leading to the breach of employment agreements through legal means by定向医学生. Conclusion: Systematic governance of breach risks by定向医学生 requires improving employment agreement management, optimizing the policy content for training定向医学生, clarifying the responsibilities of relevant parties, and effectively safeguarding the actual interests of the contracting parties; giving play to the role of public opinion supervision and expanding the coverage and influence of policy supervision.
