Abstract：This review article discusses the concept of caregivers' contribution to self-care in patients with chronic heart failure, related assessment tools, current research status at home and abroad, influencing factors, and effective intervention strategies, aiming to enhance caregivers' contribution to self-care in patients with chronic heart failure and provide references for the prognosis management of these patients.
