Construction and application of nursing plan for indwelling nasogastric tube in stroke patients based on Delphi method

Abstract：Objective:Based on Delphi expert inquiry method to construct nursing plan for stroke patients with indwelling nasogastric tube,and to explore its influence on stroke patients with indwelling nasogastric tube.Methods:A total of 80 stroke patients hospitalized in a third-class hospital in Zunyi City from January to October 2023 were randomly divided into control group and observation group,40 cases each.After intervention,the incidence of aspiration pneumonia,unplanned extubation,indwelling time of gastric tube,diarrhea and constipation were compared between the two groups.Results:The expert authority coefficient of the two rounds of expert inquiry was 0.858 and 0.889 respectively,Kendall's concordance coefficient was 0.206 and 0.300 respectively(P<0.05).The results showed that the incidence of aspiration pneumonia,unplanned extubation,diarrhea and constipation in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the indwelling time of gastric tube was shorter than that in the control group,with statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion:The nursing plan of indwelling nasogastric tube for stroke patients based on Delphi method can reduce the incidence of related complications during hospitalization of stroke patients and provide basis for nursing care of indwelling nasogastric tube.
