Abstract：Systematically retrieving relevant studies on symptom clusters in hematopoietic stem cell transplantation patients, this review summarizes the composition of symptom clusters, assessment tools, influencing factors, and intervention methods, aiming to provide references for nursing staff in managing symptom clusters in these patients.
