Abstract：This review summarizes non-invasive intervention measures (exercise therapy, physical therapy, lifestyle adjustments, drug interventions, and comprehensive interventions) for age-related thoracic kyphosis in the elderly and their effects, aiming to improve posture, delay disease progression, reduce complications, and enhance the quality of life of the elderly.
