Abstract:Objective:To systematically retrieve, evaluate, and summarize the best evidence for early identification and long-term management of akinesiophobia in patients after total hip replacement, and provide the reference for clinical medicine and nursing.Methods:High-level evidence on early identification and management of akinesiophobia in patients after total hip replacement were retrieved from domestic and foreign databases, relevant guideline websites, and academic websites. The search time limit is from database establishment to May 31,2024.Two researchers independently evaluated the quality of the included literature, extracted, and sorted the evidence. Results:Finally,a total of 9 articles were included, including 3 guidelines,1 expert consensus,1 Meta-analysis,3 randomized controlled trails(RCTs),and 1 cohort study.A total of 28 pieces of evidence in 6 aspects were summarized:early identification, multidisciplinary collaboration, health education and cognitive behavioral therapy, rehabilitation exercise, pain management, and caregiver support. Conclusions:The best evidence for early identification and long-term management of akinesiophobia in patients after total hip replacement could provide an evidence-based basis for clinical medical staff to formulate akinesiophobia management plan, which is helpful to improve the rehabilitation effect of patients with total hip replacement.
