Interpretation of"the Guidelines for Enhanced Recovery after Cardiac Surgery under Cardiopulmonary bypass or off-pump"

Abstract：The French Society of Anesthesiology and Intensive Care Medicine(SFAR)and the French Society of Thoracic and Cardiovascular Surgery(SFCTCV)jointly released the first"the Guidelines for Enhanced Recovery after Cardiac Surgery under Cardiopulmonary bypass or off-pump"in 2022,which provided some evidence-based bases for accelerated recovery after adult cardiac surgery.This article interpreted the new evidence and new recommendations in the guidelines in light of China's national conditions to provide an evidence-based basis for clinical practice and medical staff to make relevant decisions in China.
