Abstract:Objective:To systematically explore the best evidence for pediatric blood gas analysis, establish review criteria, and to analyze the barriers and facilitators in evidence-based nursing practice, thereby providing a scientific basis for developing implementation strategies. Methods:Gathered the evidence, established the review criteria, assessed the indicators by using the i-PARIHS framework's evidence application barrier identification assessment checklist to formulate a transformation plan. Results:A total of 13 pieces of evidence were included, leading to the establishment of 12 review indicators,of which 3 review indicators had pediatric patients compliance rates of less than 50%,2 review indicators had compliance rates of less than 80%,and 3 review indicators had compliance rates of less than 90%.Conclusion:By developing transformation strategies, adjustments can be made to clinical nursing workflows and information systems. The i-PARIHS model theory is utilized to analyze the barriers to evidence translation, thereby formulating recipient-centered optimization strategies to further promote the application of evidence.
