Abstract：Improving the public's ability to recognize cerebral stroke and seeking timely medical care is an important part of stroke prevention and control. The 'Stroke 120' stroke recognition tool can popularize knowledge about stroke symptoms and responses among Chinese residents. This review summarizes the application progress of 'Stroke 120' in the prevention and control of stroke among Chinese residents, including the concept of 'Stroke 120', its popularization and application effects, existing problems, influencing factors, and intervention measures, providing a basis for future promotion.
