Abstract：This article reviews the related concepts and theoretical hypotheses of self-regulation fatigue, assessment tools, current status of self-regulation fatigue in patients with stroke, influencing factors, and coping strategies, aiming to enhance medical staff's understanding of self-regulation fatigue in stroke patients, promote patient recovery, improve quality of life, and provide references for future related research.
