Abstract:Objective:To compare the treatment effects of 8 non-drug interventions on patients with post-stroke cognitive impairment(PSCI)by network Meta-analysis.Methods:The randomized controlled trials(RCTs)of non-drug interventions for PSCI were retrieved systematically from PubMed,EMbase,Web of Science, the Cochrane Library,CNKI,WanFang Database, and VIP from the establishment of each database to November 30,2022.After literature screening and information extraction by two researchers independently. The literature was imported into Stata 16 software for analysis. Results:A total of 25 articles were included, involving 1 933 patients. The network Meta-analysis results showed that among the 8 intervention programs,7 intervention methods(computer cognitive training, acupuncture, repetitive transcranial magnetic stimulation, transcranial direct current stimulation, hyperbaric oxygen, exercise rehabilitation, and enriched rehabilitation therapy)had better cognitive function recovery effect than the traditional cognitive training.Hyperbaric oxygen had the best treatment effect, followed by repetitive transcranial magnetic stimulation technology.Exercise training had the best treatment effect on the recovery of daily living ability. Conclusions:Hyperbaric oxygen and exercise training can effectively improve the cognitive function and daily living ability of PSCI patients.Nurses may choose which intervention method based on actual conditions in clinical work.
