Abstract:Objective: To construct a nursing quality evaluation index system for patients with anti-NMDAR autoimmune encephalitis, providing a basis for clinical assessment of the nursing quality of these patients. Methods: Using literature retrieval analysis and semi-structured interviews, the nursing quality evaluation index system for patients with anti-NMDAR autoimmune encephalitis was initially formulated according to the 'structure-process-outcome' three-dimensional model. From May to August 2023, two rounds of Delphi expert questionnaires were conducted with 15 experts from our hospital to build the final nursing quality evaluation index system for patients with anti-NMDAR autoimmune encephalitis. Results: The effective recovery rate of the questionnaires in both rounds of expert consultation was 100% (15/15), with expert authority coefficients of 0.73 and 0.74, and Kendall's coefficient of concordance of 0.219 and 0.106, respectively, both P < 0.01. The final nursing quality evaluation index system for patients with anti-NMDAR autoimmune encephalitis includes 3 first-level indicators, 10 second-level indicators, and 35 third-level indicators. Conclusion: The nursing quality evaluation index system constructed in this study has certain practicality and scientific validity, and can provide a scientific basis for the evaluation of nursing quality for patients with anti-NMDAR autoimmune encephalitis.
