Abstract：This paper reviews the development, content, reliability and validity, and application of self-management assessment tools for patients with inflammatory bowel disease at home and abroad. It compares and analyzes the characteristics and limitations of various assessment tools, aiming to provide references for the development and application of localized self-management assessment tools for patients with inflammatory bowel disease, as well as to provide a basis for scientifically assessing their self-management level and constructing effective self-management programs.
