Best evidence summary of risk management of intra-hospital transport in patient with mechanical ventilation

Abstract：Objective:To retrieve,evaluate and summarize the best evidence for risk management of intra-hospital patient with mechanical ventilation to provide reference of intra-hospital transport for clinical staff.Methods:The relevant literature regarding the risk management of intra-hospital patient with mechanical ventilation was retrieved in clinical decision-making,related official websites of relevant guideline and Chinese and foreign databases.The retrieve time limited from the establishment to 15th May in 2024.The evidence-based team independently assessed the quality of the literature and extracted data.Results:A total of 14 articles were included,involving 1 clinical decision-making,2 evidence summaries,3 guidelines,3 systematic reviews,3 cohort studies,2 expert consensuses.We summarized 35 pieces of best evidence,including 9 aspects with transfer risk,transfer decision,transfer team,transfer instrument,transfer items,transfer process,transfer route,equality control,and special case.Conclusions:Evidence summaries in this study can be used to formulate protocol for intra-hospital transport in patient with mechanical ventilation,to help clinical staff achieve more standardized and safer patient transport.
