Abstract:Objective: To understand the current status and research hotspots related to sexual health of breast cancer patients in China and abroad over the past 10 years. Methods: Literature related to sexual health of breast cancer patients was retrieved from the Web of Science Core Collection (WOS) and China National Knowledge Infrastructure (CNKI) databases between January 1, 2013, and November 30, 2023, and analyzed using the visualization analysis software CiteSpace 6.1.R6. Results: A total of 612 papers were included, of which 453 were English-language papers and 159 were Chinese-language papers. The research hotspots mainly focused on factors affecting quality of life and intervention measures, surgical methods, sexuality and body image, sexual behavior and sexual health, partner relationships, and psychological adaptation. Conclusion: The research on sexual health of breast cancer patients abroad is in a stable and rapid development stage; domestic researchers have gradually paid attention to the issue of sexual health of breast cancer patients, but the institutions and authors publishing papers are relatively scattered. It is necessary to strengthen multi-center cooperation, and the research content and quality need further deepening and improvement.
