Abstract：This paper reviews the application of the ISBAR communication model in clinical nursing from four aspects: overview of the ISBAR communication model, its application in nursing practice, challenges in nursing practice, and countermeasures, aiming to provide references for applying the ISBAR communication model in clinical work.
