Abstract:Objective:To review the basic contents, intervention duration and outcome indexes of dual-task training on balance ability of stroke patients, and to provide reference for dual-task training of stroke patients. Methods:The Chinese and English literature on the application of dual-task training to balance ability in stroke patients was retrieved from PubMed,EMbase,Web of Science, the Cochrane Library,CNKI,WanFang Database,VIP and CBM.The retrieval time was from the inceptiom to May 13,2023,and the included literature was summarized and analyzed. Results:A total of 18 articles were included.Dual-task training mainly included exercise-motor dual-task training and exercise-cognitive dual-task training. The main exercise training content was different balance training and walking training, the secondary exercise training content was upper limb holding movement, etc.,and the cognitive training content was digital subtraction and Stroop task. Most of the interventions were 5 times a week, and the total intervention time ranged from 3 to 8 weeks, but most were 4 weeks.Berg Balance Scale,10 Meter Walking Test and dual-task consumption were used as outcome indexes.Dual-task training could effectively improve the balance ability, walking ability and daily living ability of stroke patients, and improve their quality of life.Conclusion:Dual-task training has a positive effect on the balance ability of stroke patients. In the future, large samples and high-quality studies can be conducted to verify the application effects of different intervention duration,so as to obtain the optimal cost benefit. At the same time, the best combination of training contents can be found to form the standard of dual-task training intervention.
