Abstract:Objective: To construct an evaluation system for the environmental hygiene quality of operating rooms, providing a scientific, effective, and feasible basis for monitoring and managing the environmental hygiene quality of operating rooms. Methods: Based on the three-dimensional quality structure theory model, literature review, field investigation, and semi-structured interviews were used to develop the index system from three dimensions: structure, process, and outcome. A two-round Delphi method was applied to 15 experts to determine the evaluation index items and their weights. Results: The surgical operating room environmental hygiene quality evaluation index system includes 3 first-level indicators, 13 second-level indicators, and 50 third-level indicators. The recovery rates of the two rounds of questionnaires were both 100%. The expert authority coefficients were 0.953 and 0.959, respectively. The Kendall's coefficient of concordance was 0.376 and 0.365 (P < 0.001 for both). Conclusion: The constructed surgical operating room environmental hygiene quality evaluation index system is scientific, specialized, and comprehensive, providing a strong reference basis for evaluating the environmental hygiene quality of operating rooms.
