Abstract：This paper reviews the definition, mechanism of action, basic principles of whole body vibration training, and its effects on motor function and symptom management of complications in patients with cerebral stroke. It comprehensively analyzes the research results of whole body vibration training in the rehabilitation treatment of cerebral stroke at home and abroad, aiming to provide scientific basis and reference for medical professionals, helping them better understand and apply whole body vibration therapy to promote the rehabilitation process of patients with cerebral stroke.
