Abstract：This article elaborates on the related concepts of sarcopenia and dysphagia, their correlation, and health strategies with sarcopenia as an intervention measure, aiming to draw and deepen the attention and emphasis of medical and health professionals on sarcopenia and dysphagia, providing a theoretical basis for the identification, prevention, and intervention of related diseases in the future.
