Abstract：This paper reviews the research progress on the medical and nursing service needs of elderly patients with multiple chronic diseases from aspects such as the current situation of their medical and nursing needs and influencing factors, and puts forward future research directions to provide reference suggestions for further study on the elderly care models for patients with multiple chronic diseases.
