Application status quo,dilemmas,and countermeasures of genomics in clinical nursing

Abstract：This paper reviews the current applications of genomics in the screening and detection of genetic diseases, health management, disease prevention, drug treatment, and care. It also proposes existing problems such as the complexity of data interpretation and analysis, high research costs, data leakage, and negative psychological reactions caused by interpreting negative genetic test results. Suggestions and countermeasures are put forward to provide guidance for the development of personalized medicine.
