Abstract：This review summarizes the concept, theoretical model, assessment tools, influencing factors, and intervention practices of family resilience in patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD), aiming to provide references for medical staff to conduct related research on family resilience in COPD patients and to develop integrated intervention programs that involve both patients and their family caregivers.
