Application of mobile health intervention in home care of enterostomy patients:a scoping review

Abstract：Objective:The application of mobile health intervention in home care of enterostomy patients was reviewed in order to identify the factors and application status of mobile health intervention.Methods:The literature was retrieved from PubMed,EMbase,CINAHL,Web of Science,Scopus,the Cochrane Library,PsycINFO,CNKI,WanFang Database,and CBM.The included studies were summarized and analyzed.The retrieval time was from the inception to October 31,2023.Summarize and generalized the included literature.Results:A total of 12 articles were included,the content elements of mobile health intervention including information support,counseling support,psychological support,peer support,social support,ostomy monitoring,health monitoring,and knowledge learning supervision.Conclusion:Mobile health intervention has played a positive impact on enterostomy patients.Future studies should be combined with Chinese current national conditions,adopt effective mobile health intervention strategies,accelerate the comprehensiveness and universality of mobile health intervention,reduce the occurrence of unplanned readmission of enterostomy patients,improve their quality of life,and improve their self-management level.
