Abstract:Objective:To understand the clinical status of discharge plan management for hypertensive disorders of pregnancy(HDP),develop review indicators, analyze obstacles and promoting factors, and provide reference for the clinical translation of evidence. Methods:Using the Joanna Briggs Institute(JBI)evidence-based healthcare model as a framework, retrieved, evaluated, and summarized the best evidence, developed review indicators, and conducted obstacle and facilitating factor analysis based on baseline review results. Results:This study included 14 pieces of best evidence and developed 16 review indicators, with only 2 indicators having a compliance rate of 100.0%.The main obstacles were a lack of management of HDP maternally discharge plan protocols, procedures, health education materials, insufficient knowledge and importance of HDP discharge plans among nurses, and a lack of risk awareness and disease knowledge among mothers and their families. Conclusion:The process of formulating the review indicators in this study is scientific and the content is operable, which can guide the translation of evidence in clinical practice.
