Abstract:Objective:To retrieve, evaluate, and summarize the best evidence on cardiac rehabilitation self-management in patients with acute myocardial infarction(AMI),providing evidence-based references for clinical healthcare professionals in patient self-health education and self-management behavior standardization. Methods:Using the"6S"model,a systematic search was conducted across domestic and international databases, guideline websites, and professional association websites for evidence related to cardiac rehabilitation self-management in patients with AMI.The retrieval time was from the inception to March 31,2024.The included literature was subjected to quality evaluation, evidence extraction, and summarization. Results:A total of 11 documents were included, comprising 1 clinical decision,8 guidelines,1 systematic review, and 1 expert consensus.A total of 44 best evidence items were summarized, covering 8 aspects:team organization management, assessment, rehabilitation prescription management(exercise guidance, nutritional management, medication therapy, mental health, smoking cessation guidance),risk factor management, health education, social support, emergency management,self-monitoring,and follow-up.Conclusion:The summarized best evidence on cardiac rehabilitation self-management for patients with AMI provides a reference for clinical healthcare professionals in health education and standardizing patient cardiac rehabilitation self-management.It is recommended to conduct comprehensive and integrated rehabilitation assessments for patients with AMI,and based on patient preferences and individual circumstances, select personalized self-management interventions to improve cardiac rehabilitation adherence and effectively promote the clinical translation of best evidence.
