Construction and application of nursing quality evaluation system for diabetic nephropathy patients under multidisciplinary collaboration

Abstract：Objective:To establish a multidisciplinary nursing quality evaluation system for patients with diabetes nephropathy and apply it in clinical practice.Methods:Through literature search,we screened the literature related to nursing quality evaluation of diabetes nephropathy patients,read the full text of the literature to select the evaluation indicators of nursing quality of diabetes nephropathy patients,and after Delphi method expert letter evaluation,revised the evaluation indicators of nursing quality of diabetes nephropathy patients,finally formed the evaluation system of nursing quality of diabetes nephropathy patients under multidisciplinary cooperation.Since March 2022,the nursing quality evaluation system for diabetes nephropathy patients under multidisciplinary cooperation had been applied.Previously,the conventional nursing mode was used.The diabetes nephropathy patients admitted from January 2021 to February 2022 were set as the control group,and the diabetes nephropathy patients admitted from March 2022 to April 2023 were set as the observation group,with 53 cases each.Compared the blood glucose control effect,quality of life,and nursing satisfaction between two groups of patients.Results:The results of Delphi correspondence showed that the recovery rate of the two rounds of correspondence was 100％,the authority of the correspondence experts was 0.845,0.852,and the Kendall concordance coefficient of the two rounds of correspondence was 0.372(P＜0.001),0.428(P＜0.001),respectively.The nursing quality evaluation system for diabetes nephropathy patients under the multidisciplinary cooperation finally formed included 3 first level indicators,8 second level indicators,38 third level indicators,and the coefficient of variation of indicators was rang 0.086 to 0.170.The application results of the evaluation system showed that before intervention,there were no statistically significant differences in fasting blood glucose,2 h postprandial blood glucose,glycated hemoglobin,incidence of hypoglycemia,patient quality of life specific scale evaluation and nursing satisfaction evaluation between the two groups(P＞0.05).After intervention,the incidence of fasting blood glucose,2 h postprandial blood glucose,glycated hemoglobin and hypoglycemia in observation group was lower than that in control group;the quality of life specific scale of observation group was higher than that of control group;the nursing satisfaction of patients in observation group was higher than that in control group.The differences were statistically significant(P＜0.05).Conclusion:The evaluation system of nursing quality for patients with diabetes nephropathy under multidisciplinary cooperation is scientific and reliable.The application of this evaluation system in clinical practice can continuously evaluate and improve the quality of nursing,strengthen the effect of nursing intervention,help improve the rehabilitation life of patients,and improve nursing satisfaction.
