Construction of index system of postoperative nursing quality evaluation and its application hydrocephalus ventricular-abdominal shunt

Abstract：Objective:To construct a quality evaluation index system for postoperative care of hydrocephalus ventricle-abdominal shunt,and to study its clinical effects through clinical application.Methods:This study used the Delphi method and expert inquiry method to screen and revise,and ultimately constructed a complete postoperative nursing quality evaluation index system for hydrocephalus ventricle-abdominal shunt.Convenient drawing method was used to select patients with hydrocephalus ventricle-abdominal shunt admitted to our hospital from January 1 to December 31,2021 and January 1 to December 31,2022.They were randomly divided into a control group and an observation group,with 55 cases in each group,using a random number table method.Starting from January 1,2022,this plan will be applied,and prior to this,conventional nursing mode will be adopted.Compare the differences between the two groups in rehabilitation indicators(activity,neurological function),postoperative complications,and quality of life.Results:The effective response rates of the two rounds of expert inquiry questionnaires in this study were 100％,with expert authority coefficients of 0.881 and 0.909.The Kendall's harmony coefficient in the first round was 0.357(P＜0.001),and the Kendall's W value in the second round was 0.427(P＜0.001),indicating a consensus among experts.The quality evaluation index system for postoperative care of hydrocephalus ventricle-abdominal shunt constructed in this study includes 3 primary indicators,7 secondary indicators,and 23 tertiary indicators.The coefficient of variation of the indicator is between 0.05 and 0.13.The application research results showed that the activity ability and neurological function indicators of the observation group were better than those of the control group(P＜0.05).The incidence of postoperative complications in the observation group was lower than that of the control group(P＜0.05),and the quality of life score in the observation group was better than that of the control group,with statistical significance(P＜0.05).Conclusion:The construction and application of an evaluation index system for postoperative nursing quality of hydrocephalus ventricle-abdominal shunt effectively standardize the perioperative nursing process of patients,promote postoperative recovery,reduce postoperative complications,and improve their quality of life.
