Abstract:Objective:To establish a nursing sensitive index system for evaluation of pressure injury in urology patients and verify it by clinical application. Methods:Through literature retrieval and semi-structured interviews, the first draft of nursing sensitive index system for evaluation of pressure injury in urological patients was formed, and then the nursing sensitive index system for evaluation of pressure injury in urological patients was evaluated by Delphi method, and revised by comprehensive expert opinions, and finally the nursing sensitive index system for evaluation of pressure injury in urological patients was obtained.A total of 100 patients admitted to the Department of Urology,Jianhu People's Hospital from December 1,2021 to January 31,2023 were randomly divided into control group and observation group, with 50 patients in each group. The control group was given routine nursing, while the observation group was given nursing sensitivity index system based on the control group. The incidence of pressure injury and nursing satisfaction of the two groups were compared. Results:The effective questionnaire recovery rate of the first and second rounds of correspondence was 100%,indicating that the experts were positive in the correspondence. The authority coefficient of the expert was 0.892,indicating that the expert had strong authority. The Kendall harmony coefficient W of the opinion was 0.328(x2=28.493,P<0.001)and 0.448(X2=35.087,P<0.001),respectively,indicating that the expert opinions were consistent. The final nursing sensitive index system based on Delphi method for evaluation of stress injury in urology patients included 3 primary indexes,9 secondary indexes and 32 tertiary indexes, with coefficient of variation ranging from 0.06 to 0.14.The results of system application showed that the incidence of stress injury in observation group was 4.00%,which was lower than that in control group(18.00%),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The scores of nursing satisfaction questionnaire in the observation group were higher than those in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The nursing sensitive index system for the evaluation of pressure injury in urology patients has comprehensive contents and strong reliability, and nursing management based on this can achieve continuous and comprehensive evaluation of the quality of nursing evaluation of pressure injury, which is helpful to reduce the risk of pressure injury and improve nursing satisfaction.
