Abstract:Objective:To evaluate the effect of exercise therapy on quality of life(QOL),anxiety, and depression in breast cancer patients through the network Meta-analysis.Methods:The randomized controlled trials(RCTs)on the effect of exercise therapy on breast cancer patients were retrieved from PubMed,Web of Science, the Cochrane Library,EMbase,CBM,CNKI,WanFang Database, and VIP.The search time limit was from the establishment of the database to August 2,2023.Results:A total of 40 articles were included, involving 3 848 patients with breast cancer.A total of 7 exercises(Yoga, aerobic exercise,Tai Chi,Baduanjin, resistance exercise, aerobic combined resistance exercise, and relaxation training)and 3 outcome indicators(QOL,anxiety, and depression)were discussed.Network Meta-analysis results showed that in terms of improving QOL and depression, the intervention effect of Tai Chi was better than other exercises. In terms of improving anxiety, the intervention effect of relaxation training was better than other exercises. Conclusions:The existing evidence shows that Tai Chi is an effective exercise to improve the QOL and depression of patients with breast cancer, and relaxation training is an effective exercise to reduce patients'anxiety. The above conclusions still need to be further verified in the future.
