Abstract:Objective:To retrieve the relevant evidence on perioperative body temperature management in liver transplant patients and summarize the best evidence. Methods:The PIPOST model was used to construct evidence-based questions. All evidence on perioperative body temperature management of liver transplant patients was retrieved systematically from databases in China and foreign countries, including the International Guidelines Network, the website of the Canadian Ontario Nursing Association, the Australian Center for Evidence-Based Health Care, the British National Institute of Clinical Medicine Guideline Database, the American Association of Perioperative Registered Nurses, the Scottish Inter-hospital Guidelines Collaboration Network,UpToDate, the Cochrane Library,BMJ,PubMed,CINAHL,Yimaitong,CNKI,WanFang Database, and CBM.The evidence included evidence-based or consensus guidelines, expert consensus, systematic reviews, best practice information books, etc. The search time limit was from the establishment of the databases to September 30,2022.Two team members with evidence-based qualifications used corresponding quality assessment tools to independently evaluate various pieces of literature, select and extract the best evidence, and classify and organize them. Results:A total of 11 articles were included, including 2 guidelines,4 systematic reviews, and 5 expert consensus articles.A total of 37 pieces of best evidence in 8 dimensions were extracted, including preoperative assessment, body temperature monitoring,pre-warmth measures,pre-anhepatic intervention measures, anhepatic stage intervention measures, new liver stage interventions, postoperative interventions, and quality management. Conclusions:This study summarizes and extractes the best evidence on perioperative body temperature management in liver transplant patients, which could provide evidence-based evidence for clinical nursing and guide clinical nurses to perform perioperative body temperature management to reduce the incidence of hypothermia effectively.
