Abstract:Objective:To explore the intervention effect of exercise on blood sugar, blood lipid metabolism, and blood pressure control in patients with type 2 diabetes and hypertension through Meta-analysis.Methods:Randomized controlled trials(RCTs)related to the intervention effects of exercise in patients with type 2 diabetes and hypertension blood pressure were retrieved from CNKI,WanFang Database,VIP,CBM,PubMed,Web of Science, and other databases, from the establishment of the database to December 1,2022.RevMan 5.3 and Stata 16.0 software were used to conduct the Meta-analysis.Results:A total of 12 articles involving 862 patients with type 2 diabetes and hypertension were included.Meta-analysis results showed that compared with basic treatment alone, the systolic blood pressure(MD=-10.03,95%CI-13.5 6--6.51),diastolic blood pressure(MD=-7.62,95%CI-10.08--5.17),fasting blood glucose(MD=-0.71,95%CI-0.88--0.55),glycosylated hemoglobin(MD=-0.55,95%CI-0.71--0.39),and total cholesterol(MD=-0.46,95%CI-0.81--0.11)of patients in the experimental group was significantly improved(P<0.05).Conclusions:Compared with basic treatment alone, exercise can significantly improve blood pressure and blood sugar levels in patients with type 2 diabetes and hypertension.Moderate-intensity exercise has the better effect.
