Abstract:Objective:To evaluate the effect of self-compassion intervention on breast cancer patients through Meta-analysis system. Methods:The Cochrane Library,Web of Science,PubMed,EMbase,CINAHL,PsychInfo,CNKI,WanFang Database,VIP database and CBM were searched by computer for the literature on the effect of self-compassion on mental health intervention of breast cancer patients. The retrieval time was from the inception to March 31,2023.The relevant original data of the literature was extracted, and the impact of self-compassion intervention on anxiety, depression and self-compassion levels was conducted by Meta-analysis.Results:Totally 6 studies were included, including 654 patients with breast cancer.Meta-analysis results show that self-compassion intervention can improve anxiety of breast cancer patients(SMD=-0.45,95% CI-0.83-0.06,P=0.02)and depression(SMD=-0.51,95%CI-0.89-0.13,P=0.009).Improve the self-sympathy level of breast cancer patients(MD=0.30,95%CI 0.15-0.45,P=0.000 1).Conclusion:Current evidence suggests that self-compassion intervention can effectively improve the self-compassion level of breast cancer patients, reduce the negative emotions of anxiety and depression, and improve their quality of life.Due to the limited research included, the clinical should pay more attention to the positive role of self-compassion on other outcome indicators of patients, and build a more operational and high-quality intervention program and research.
