Construction of a quality evaluation system for perioperative nursing care in abdominal surgery for AIDS patients

Abstract:Objective:To construct a perioperative nursing quality evaluation system for abdominal surgery for patients with Acquired Immune Deficiency Syndrome(AIDS).Methods:Through literature study,experience summary,and semi-structured interviews,a first draft was developed,and the Delphi method was used to conduct two rounds of correspondence inquiries with 18 experts.Results:The effective recovery rate of the 2-rounds of expert consultation was 100%,the expert authority coefficients were 0.858 and 0.823,and Kendall's W values were 0.195 and 0.194(P<0.001).A perioperative nursing quality evaluation system for abdominal surgery for AIDS patients was constructed with 3 first-level indicators,13 second-level indicators,and 78 three-level indicators.Conclusions:The constructed perioperative nursing quality evaluation system for abdominal surgery for AIDS patients meets clinical requirements and is feasible.
