Application of focus resolution model in nursing care of patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus
Abstract：Objective:To probe into the application effect of focus resolution model for nursing care of patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus.Methods:A total of 46 cases of type 2 diabetes patients were randomly divided into control group and experimental group,23 cases in each.The two groups of patients were given conventional hypoglycemic therapy and care.The patients in experimental group added the focus resolution model and compared the diabetes related knowledge mastering,fasting blood glucose(FPG),postprandial 2 h blood glucose(2 hPG) of patients in two groups.Results:There was statistically significant difference in diabetes related knowledge mastering,FPG and 2 hPG between two groups.Conclusion:Focus resolution model could improve diabetes mellitus-related knowledge master,reduce the patients' blood sugar,and improve the treatment effect.
