Meta-analysis of influence of clinical nursing pathway on cervical cancer patients undergoing operation
Abstract:Objective:To evaluate the effect of clinical nursing pathway on cervical cancer patients undergoing operation. Methods:The database was searched including PubMed,EMbase,Cochrane Library,Chinese Biomedical Literature Database,Chinese Science and Technology Journal Database and Chinese Journal Full-text Database and Wanfang Database, and assisted other retrieval. The retrieval time was from the establishment of the database to July 2016.According to the inclusion criteria and exclusion criteria, the randomized controlled trials on influence of clinical nursing pathways on cervical cancer patients were included, and included literatures were evaluated based on the Cochrane Bias Risk Assessment Tool.Meta-analysis was performed by using STATA 13.0 software.Results:11 RCTs were included.Meta-analysis showed that, compared with the normal nursing, clinical nursing pathway could shorten the average hospitalization time[WMD=-4.75,95%CI(-5.83,-3.67),P=0.000],reduce the incidence of postoperative complications[OR=0.23,95%CI(0.15,0.36),P=0.000],and improve the satisfaction of the patients[OR=6.32,95%CI(3.86,10.34),P=0.000].Conclusion:The implement of clinical nursing pathway for cervical cancer patients undergoing operation could decrease the average hospitalization time and postoperative complications,at the same time, improve the patients' satisfaction.
