Investigation on evidence-based nursing behavior,attitude and skills of nursing undergraduate interns

Abstract:Objective: To investigate the status quo of evidence-based nursing behavior,attitudes and skills of nursing undergraduate interns,and to provide reference for improving the effect of undergraduate nursing students.Methods: A questionnaire survey was conducted on 143 nursing undergraduate interns from 5 universities by evidence-based practice(EBPQ).Results:Evidence-based nursing behaviors,attitude and skills scores of nursing undergraduate interns were(26.12±5.47),(24.31±4.03)and(63.88±10.51);For individual term,the evaluation and scientific research ability of the literature were strictly evaluated,and the evidence based nursing behaviors,attitude and skills were positively correlated with the three items(P<0.05 or P<0.01).Conclusions:The majority of nursing undergraduate interns of evidence-based nursing was more active,and had certain evidence-based nursing skills,but evidence-based nursing behavior in practice in the course of the frequency was low,the management of nursing students were held on the recommendations of evidence-based nursing lectures combined with clinical cases,it suggested that nursing clinical teachers should guied and stimulate the evidence-based nursing behavior of interns.
