Effect of collaborative care model on self-care ability and quality of life of hemodialysis patients:a Meta-analysis
Abstract：Objective:To systematically review the effect of collaborative care model(CCM)on self-care ability and quality of life of hemodialysis(HD)patients.Methods: Searching in The Cochrane Library,PubMed,EMbase,CNKI,WFSD,VIP,CBM disc and China Science and Technology Journal Database to collect randomized controlled trials(RCTs)on improving self-care ability and quality of life in hemodialysis from the establishment data to April 2016.Two researchers was independently screened literature and collected data according to the inclusion and exclusion criteria.Meta-analysis is conducted by using RevMan 5.3.Results:A total of 17 RCT were selected form 1 171 patients.The results of Meta-analysis showed that CCM significantly improved HD patients self-care ability[SMD=-0.76,95％CI(-0.96,-0.55),P<0.000 01]and quality of life [SMD=-1.17,95％CI(-1.44,-0.90)P<0.000 01].Conclusions:Compared with the conventional care,CCM could help to improve self-care ability and quality of life of HD patients.
