Effect of comprehensive nursing intervention on postoperative analgesia in patients with abdominal operation:a Meta-analysis
Abstract:Objective:To evaluate the effect of comprehensive nursing intervention on postoperative analgesia in patients with abdominal operation.Methods:PubMed,CNKI,WanFang Data,VIP database were searched for a randomized controlled trial about the effect of nursing intervention on postoperative analgesia in patients with abdominal operation.Cochrane systematic review Handbook 5.3.0 taken to study the methodological quality evaluation and the Revman 5.3 soft ware was used for data analysis.Results:10 qualified trails including 1 140 patients,the comprehensive nursing intervention group with 570 patients,the conventional group with 570 patients,were analyzed.The result of the Meta-analysis showed that:①VAS score:Nursing intervention group compared to conventional group in postoperative 24 h and 48 h and 72 h had significant differences [WMD=-0.95,95%CI(-1.09,-0.82),P<0.000 01].②Nursing satisfaction:[OR=0.17.95%CI(0.09,0.29),P<0.000 01).There were statistically significant differences between the two groups.Conclusions:Comprehensive nursing intervention on abdominal postoperative pain could,relieve postoperative pain,promote the rehabilitation of patients and enhance the nursing satisfaction.However,the quality and the amount of the samples wss limited,therefore it needed multi-center and larger sample of RCT to verify.
