Abstract：Objective:To probe into the relationship among the nursing practice environment,work family bal-ance and retention will of nurses.Methods:A total of 1300 nurses were recruited from 7 third grade hospitals in Henan province by random sampling.Results:There were correlation respectively among the nursing working environment,work family balance and nurses’retention will.The main factors of nurses’intention will includ-ed work intrusion family,nurses involved in hospital affairs,work promote family,competence and leadership style of manager,overtime and children.Conclusion:Both nursing practice environment and work family bal-ance had direct and indirect effects for nurses'retention will.Good work environment and work family balance were helpful to enhance nurses’retention will.
