Effect of clinical application of homemade medical care shift change guidance sheet based on SBAR communication model

Abstract：Objective:To probe into the application effect of homemade medical care shift guidelines sheet based on SBAR communication model.Methods:The homemade shift change guidance sheet was used for shift change and communication in study group,the traditional shift change method was used in control group,then to compare the shift change efficiency,incidence of care issues and the satisfaction of both patients and shift nurses to shift change between study group and control group.Results:Time consuming in shift change in study group was(9.87±1.83)min,lower than that in control group(11.45 ± 2.26)min,and the difference was sta-tistically significant(P<0.05);the number of cases of nursing problems was less than that in control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the satisfaction rate of patients and caregivers in both shift and succession was higher,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The homemade medical care shift change guildance sheet based on SBAR communication model has improved the efficiency of shift change and reduced the incidence of issues of nursing shift change,and improved the satisfaction of patients and collaboration effect of nurse team.
