Influence of comprehensive nursing intervention on anxiety and pain of patients with chronic wound
Abstract：Objective:To evaluate the influence of comprehensive nursing intervention on anxiety and pain of pa-tients with chronic wound.Methods:A total of 160 cases of outpatient chronic wound patients were randomly di-vided into control group and intervention group with 80 cases in each group.The patients in control group were given the conventional dressing therapy and nursing,the patients in intervention group were given comprehen-sive nursing intervention on the basis of conventional dressing therapy and nursing,then to compare anxiety and pain between two groups.Results:After comprehensive nursing intervention,in intervention group,anxiety self rating scale score was significantly lower than that in control group(P<0.05),moderate and severe anxiety pa-tients compared with the control group decreased significantly.And in intervention group,pain improved was better than that in control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Implementation of comprehensive nursing intervention for patients with chronic wounds could significantly improve the patient’s anxiety and reduce the pain.
