Establishment of B stage screening method and management network for chronic heart failure
Abstract：Objective:To probe into the screening methods with B stage of heart failure and the establishment of management network.Methods:Through the medical and nursing j oint clinic,to conduct a risk prediction by self made questionnaire in our hospital heart internal medicine outpatient chronic heart failure stage B,in combina-tion with echocardiography,determine the B stage of heart failure patients,and network monitoring.Results:the patients with B stage of heart failure of screening out were lack of the related knowledge of B stage of heart fail-ure,especially the basic knowledge of the disease and the monitoring knowledge of the disease.Conclusion:Early screening of patients with heart failure in B stage is an urgent task,and it is necessary to establish an effective management network for patients with chronic disease management.
